In 1973 he graduated DeVry Institute of Technology. In the late 70’s he worked for the Montgomery Wards. In addition to providing technical services, he conducted technical training classes. In the early 80’s he worked for the CSX railroad providing the installation, servicing and engineering of their communications network throughout the Chicago area. He later owned and operated an NTC Inc. franchise as a long distance reseller for AT&T, MCI, Sprint and WorldCom where he received recognition for his accomplishments. In 1997 he became VP of Marketing for TLR Marketing in Kansas City. He was instrumental in bringing to market a USGA approved golf cleaning system, which was showcased by “As Seen On TV”. He was instrumental in the production of an infomercial for an automotive product, which aired nationwide. He has consulted with various retail outlets in the marketability of potential new products. He also served on the board of directors for iMagic Network Inc, a technology-based company in Ohio, which had a representative base of over 30,000 people.

Dave owns and operates Strategic Enterprises, which offers business solutions to small and mid-sized businesses. In 2005 he served as Chief Technology Officer of an Illinois based technology company.
