Jim worked in the corporate world from 1983 – 2004. He started his career in the airline industry for the first ten years and then moved into the service industry for the next eleven years.

Jim was a Vice President for a Fortune 500 Company for seven years before leaving the corporate world to start working for himself. Jim started in the Direct Sales Industry in 1994, and has helped to support, grow and mentor many people and organizations along the way.

Jim joined Powerteam International in 2005 as a Regional Vice President and Executive Success Coach. His goal is to help others achieve their dreams!
